COOKING & PREPARATION:
1. Thaw the vegetables: If the frozen mixed vegetables are not already thawed, you can thaw them by placing them in a bowl and leaving them in the refrigerator overnight or by running them under cold water for a few minutes. Thawing will help the vegetables cook more evenly.
2. Boiling method:
– Fill a pot with water and bring it to a boil.
– Add the thawed mixed vegetables to the boiling water.
– Cook the vegetables for approximately 4-6 minutes or until they reach the desired level of tenderness. You can check their readiness by tasting a piece of each vegetable.
– Drain the cooked vegetables using a colander and serve them as a side dish or use them in your desired recipe.
3. Steaming method:
– Fill a pot with an inch or two of water and bring it to a boil.
– Place the thawed mixed vegetables in a steamer basket or a heatproof colander.
– Put the steamer basket or colander over the boiling water, making sure it doesn’t touch the water.
– Cover the pot with a lid and steam the vegetables for approximately 4-6 minutes or until they reach the desired level of tenderness.

4. Sautéing method:
