You need to register an account with us to ensure that you are able to view and keep track of your past, present orders made, under Order History.

To place an order, you first have to create an account. You can register by following these steps:

1. Look for the ‘User’ icon located beside the ‘Shopping Cart’ icon on the top right corner of our website.

2. Click on the ‘User’ icon and you will be redirected to our ‘Login’ page.

3. Under ‘Register New Account’, click ‘Become E-store Member’ 

4. Fill in your details. An email account is needed for the creation of a user account.

5. Password must be 8 characters minimum and consists of small letters, capital letters, alphanumeric, and symbols (e.g !, @, #, %).

6. Click on both ‘Captcha’ & ‘Terms and Conditions’ after reading through and acknowledging your agreement.

7. Click on ‘Register’ and you will be redirected to an ‘Address Book’ page.

8. Fill in all mandatory details and click on ‘Save New Address’ 

9. A new user account has been made and you can now proceed to shop with us!

  1. You will receive an auto generated $10 voucher code 
  2. Use this code to knock off your purchase 
  3. Voucher code is valid for one month and minimum purchase is $50 dollar

We have recently upgraded our website to you serve you better. Due to security precaution, your log in data was not transferred from the old website to the new site. You will have to re-register an account with us in order to proceed.

1. Click on the user icon on the top right corner of our webstore and you will be brought to our login page.
2. Click on the “Wholesale/Groupbuy Login” tab.
3. Click on “Become Member”

Once you have signed up, you can click on ‘My Account’ (User icon) located beside the ‘Shopping Cart’ icon at the top right corner of the home page. Here, you can edit your account information and check your member points. If you are still having issues, please feel free to contact us via email at

2. Click on the ‘User’ icon and you will be redirected to our ‘Login’ page.

3. Fill in your email address and password then click ‘Login’

4. Select all the products that you want, choose the quantity and click ‘Add to cart’. You may also adjust the quantity of each product.

5. To remove products from your shopping cart, click on the trashbin icon to delete the products from your cart.

6. After selecting all the items that you want, go to the shopping basket icon to in the upper right corner and click ‘Checkout’

7. Once you have checked that the items and amount are correct, click “Proceed To Checkout”

8. Select your Delivery Address, Delivery Date & Time, and Mode of Payment, then click ‘Next: Review’

9. On the next page, click ‘Place Order’ and you are all finished!

10. You will receive an order confirmation shortly via your registered email.

11. You can also check your Order History to ensure that your order has been processed.

If you have a voucher/discount code which you would like to use, please key in the code upon reaching step 3 – Overview. Key in the code under “Enter Promo Code”. Click the “→” button. 

Please note that voucher/discount codes are limited to a One-Time Usage and not applicable for sales/promotional items (unless otherwise stated).
Please ensure your orders are 100% confirmed before

We deliver to almost all of Singapore, including Sentosa. However, we do not deliver to Jurong Island, off-shore islands like Pulau Ubin, or selected high-security facilities (e.g. military bases).

Yes. Please email us at within 24 hours of order placed and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

To change: you have to cancel and place a new order again. (This is to ensure that order processing is done accurately.)

To add item: you may place a new order (2 days before your delivery schedule). Put “self collection” as the shipping option to avoid the delivery charges, and include a note under the Remarks To Administrator that you would want to add these item to be delivered with your first order – (POC20000xxxx) or invoice – (INVC20000xxxx).

If you are not at home when your delivery arrives, our driver will try to reach you by phone. If they are unable to reach you, they will leave a slip letting you know what time they arrived, and asking you to contact the number provided on the slip. 

NOTE: If you do miss a delivery, we cannot guarantee that the driver will be able to return with your order on the same day.

No. Due to the tight delivery schedule, we do not accept any changes on the delivery schedule.

Yes, your family or representative may receive your items on your behalf. He or she must sign the delivery form on your behalf.

For verification purposes, the family member must present the order reference number before receiving the goods from our delivery personnel.

All chilled, frozen and ambient items will be packed separately.

Please store immediately upon receipt of your goods into their respective temperature conditions to maintain their freshness.
