Ingredients:
• 1 can of pork luncheon meat (sliced)

2. Heat a pan over medium heat and add a little cooking oil.
3. Pan-fry the slices until golden brown and crispy on both sides (about 2-3 minutes per side).

2. Pork Luncheon Meat Fried Rice
Ingredients:
• 1 can of pork luncheon meat (cubed)
• 2 cups of cooked rice (preferably cold)
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
• 2 tablespoons soy sauce (optional)
• 1 tablespoon cooking oil
Instructions:
