COOKING & PREPARATION:
Preparation from Frozen
Thawing (Recommended)
Remove fillets from packaging.
Thaw overnight in the refrigerator, or place sealed fillets in cold water for 20–30 minutes.
Pat dry with paper towels before cooking.
Cooking Directly from Frozen (No Thawing Needed)
Rinse lightly under cold water to remove ice glaze.
Cook over medium heat for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Fish is ready when it turns opaque, flakes easily, and reaches an internal temperature of 63°C / 145°F.
Cooking Suggestions
Pan-Fry: Season lightly with salt or spices; fry until golden and crisp outside.
Grill: Brush with oil, grill for 4–6 mins per side for a smoky finish.
Curry/Stew: Add fillets toward the end of cooking to absorb flavors without overcooking.
Soup/Hotpot: Drop directly from frozen for a rich, hearty broth.
