COOKING & PREPARATION:
Preparation from Frozen
Thawing (Recommended)
Remove prawns from packaging.
Place in a bowl of cold water for 15–20 minutes until thawed or refrigerate overnight for best results.
Pat dry with paper towels before cooking.
Quick Cook from Frozen (No Thawing)
Rinse lightly under cold water to remove ice glaze.
Add directly to your pan, wok, or grill with a little oil/butter.
Cook over medium-high heat for 4–6 minutes, stirring or flipping halfway.
Prawns are done when they turn pink, opaque, and firm.
Cooking Suggestions
Grill/BBQ: Brush with olive oil, garlic, and herbs. Grill 2–3 mins per side.
Stir-Fry: Toss with vegetables, soy sauce, or spices for a quick meal.
Pasta/Rice Dishes: Add near the end of cooking to avoid overcooking.
Curries/Soups: Drop in during the last 3–4 minutes of simmering.
