COOKING & PREPARATION:
1. Preheat the Steamer:
• If you’re using a steamer, preheat it by adding water and bringing it to a boil.
2. Arrange the Frozen Mantou:
• Take the desired number of frozen Mantou with Chilli Crab Sauce Filling from the freezer and arrange them on a parchment paper-lined steamer basket or tray. Leave some space between each bun to allow them to expand during steaming.
3. Steam the Frozen Mantou:
• Place the steamer basket or tray with the frozen Mantou over the boiling water. Cover the steamer with a lid.
4. Steam the Frozen Buns:
