COOKING & PREPARATION:

Ingredients:

Meltique Beef Yakiniku slices

Yakiniku sauce (a savory-sweet Japanese barbecue sauce)

Salt and pepper (optional)

Vegetables for grilling (such as bell peppers, mushrooms, and onions)

Instructions:

Preparation: Ensure the Meltique Beef Yakiniku slices are thawed if frozen. If they’re not already marinated, you can season them with a bit of salt and pepper according to your taste.

Heat the Grill: Preheat your grill or a grill pan to medium-high heat. Yakiniku is often cooked on tabletop grills, but you can use a stovetop grill pan or an outdoor grill.

Grilling the Beef: Place the Meltique Beef Yakiniku slices on the hot grill. Cook each slice for 30 seconds on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness. The thin slices will cook quickly, so keep an eye on them.

Basting with Sauce: Brush the Yakiniku sauce onto the beef slices during the final seconds of cooking. This will add a delicious sweet and savory flavor to the beef.

Grilling Vegetables: While the beef is cooking, you can also grill vegetables. Toss them in a bit of oil and place them on the grill until they’re tender and have a nice char.

Serving: Once the Meltique Beef Yakiniku slices are cooked to your liking, remove them from the grill. Serve the slices on a plate alongside the grilled vegetables. You can also drizzle some extra Yakiniku sauce on top for added flavor.
