COOKING & PREPARATION:

1. Preheat a Dutch Oven or Large Pot:

• Heat a Dutch oven or a large pot over medium-high heat. If you’re using a slow cooker, you can skip this step.

2. Season the Beef Cubes:

• Season the beef cubes with salt, pepper, and any other herbs or spices of your choice. This will enhance the flavour of the beef and add depth to your dish.

3. Brown the Beef Cubes (Optional):

• For added flavour, you can brown the beef cubes before simmering. To do this, add a little cooking oil or butter to the hot pot or Dutch oven. Place the beef cubes in the pot and cook them until they are browned on all sides. This step is optional, but it can give your dish a richer flavour.

4. Add Liquid and Other Ingredients:
