COOKING & PREPARATION:
Preparation from Frozen
Thawing (Recommended)
Remove fillets from packaging.
Thaw overnight in the refrigerator, or place sealed fillets in cold water for 20–30 minutes.
Pat dry before cooking.
Cooking Directly from Frozen (No Thawing)
Rinse lightly under cold water to remove ice glaze.
Cook over medium heat for 8–10 minutes, turning once.
Fish is ready when opaque, flakes easily with a fork, and reaches an internal temperature of 63°C / 145°F.
Cooking Suggestions
Pan-Fry: Lightly season, pan-fry until golden on both sides.
Oven-Bake: Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 12–15 minutes with herbs and lemon.
Grill: Brush with oil and grill for 3–5 minutes per side.
Steam: Steam with ginger, garlic, or herbs for a light, healthy dish.
