Cooking Suggestions
Pan-Seared: Cook skin-side down in a hot oiled pan until crisp, then flip and finish.
Oven-Baked: Season with lemon, herbs, and olive oil; bake at 200°C (400°F) for 15–20 mins (adjust if thawed).
Steamed: Place with ginger, soy, or herbs in a steamer for a light, delicate dish.
Grilled: Brush with oil and grill 4–5 mins per side until lightly charred.
Tip: Avoid overcooking — seabass is best enjoyed when moist, tender, and just flaky.
