COOKING & PREPARATION:
1. Preheat the Cooking Equipment:
• Depending on your preferred cooking method, preheat the stovetop, oven, or air fryer to the appropriate temperature. If you’re pan-frying, preheat your frying pan over medium heat.
2. Cook the Sausages:
• For Pan-Frying: Add a small amount of oil or butter to the preheated frying pan. Place the frozen Pork Chorizo Sausages in the pan and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning them frequently to ensure even cooking. The sausages will be fully cooked when they have a nicely browned exterior and are no longer pink in the center.
• For Oven or Air Fryer: Preheat your oven or air fryer to the recommended temperature for cooking sausages. Place the frozen sausages on a baking sheet or in the air fryer basket. Cook for approximately 15-20 minutes, turning them halfway through cooking, until they have a nicely browned exterior and are fully cooked.
