Tom Yum Soup

You don't have to travel to Bangkok to enjoy a bowl of Tom Yum Goong.

Spices of the Orient Tom Yum Paste
500ml water
150g prawns, deshelled
200g cuttlefish
80g mushrooms
80g young corn
1 tomato, cubed
5 chilli padi (optional) 


1. Follow the packing direction by mixing the paste with water  and bring to a boil.

2. Add in the rest of the ingredients, bring to boil and continue to cook for 3 minutes. 

3. Garnish with coriander and serve.


TIPS: Replace seafood with chicken.
