Potato Chip Brownies

Dessert with a crunch!

Something sweet, something salty, something chocolaty with a crunch! These unlikely ingredients will sure put a smile on desserts lover. 


1 cup of flour
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
1/3 cup of Cowhead butter
40g of Le Chocolatier - Creamy 
2 eggs
3/4 cup of sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla
3/4 cup of crushed Farmland Oregan Fresh - Original


1. Sift flour with baking powder.

2. Melt butter and chocolate.

3. Beat eggs well and add sugar gradually, beating well.

4. Add the chocolate mix and vanilla to eggs and blend.

5. Add flour and mix well.

6. Add potato chips.

7. Bake in lightly greased 8-inch square pan in a 180 degrees C oven for 30-35 minutes.

8. While warm, cut into squares.
